March 2025
Spring is almost in sight—and while March can still bring a mix of snow and mud, it's also the month where everything starts to shift. At Legacy Built, we’re transitioning from winter interiors to early prep work for exterior builds. Now is the time to finalize your plans for new decks, porches, siding, and additions. If you want to enjoy a brand-new outdoor space this summer, we recommend getting on our schedule now before our spring calendar fills up.
We're still wrapping up interior remodels this month as well, including kitchen refreshes, laundry room upgrades, and interior trim and flooring projects. March is also a great time to evaluate the outside of your home—have the winter winds done damage to your siding, gutters, or windows? Let us come out for a quick inspection before spring rains make things worse.
And of course, no March would be complete without a little St. Patrick’s Day fun. Here are some cheerful, lucky-themed crafts and ideas to enjoy at home:
March Holiday Fun
Leprechaun Trap Challenge
Use boxes, paper towel rolls, and rainbow-colored paper to build your own leprechaun traps. Let the kids set them out the night before St. Patrick’s Day and see if they “catch” anything!
Shamrock Sun Catchers
Cut shamrocks from clear contact paper and let your kids decorate with tissue paper pieces. Stick them on the windows for some colorful spring sunlight.
Rainbow Scavenger Hunt
Hide objects or treats in rainbow colors around the house and have your kids search for one of each color.
Lucky Charm Treat Mix
Combine Lucky Charms cereal with popcorn, white chocolate, and mini marshmallows for a festive (and sweet!) St. Paddy’s snack.
Pot of Gold Craft
Paint small flowerpots black and fill them with gold coins or wrapped candy. Great for party favors or holiday table décor.
As always, thank you for trusting Legacy Built with your home. Here's to a season of growth, renewal, and building something beautiful—inside and out.
