April 2025
Spring has officially sprung, and Legacy Built is ready to take it outside! April is when our outdoor construction season kicks into full gear. We’re currently breaking ground on decks, porches, and additions—perfect timing if you want your outdoor space ready for summer entertaining. With longer days and milder weather, this is also an ideal month for siding repairs, window replacements, and exterior trim work that might’ve been delayed over the winter.
If you’ve been thinking about giving your home a fresh face for the season, now is the time to book. We’re also offering spring tune-ups and inspections to help you spot issues before they become costly repairs. Whether you’re looking to enhance curb appeal or build a backyard oasis, our schedule is filling fast—let’s get your project locked in before Memorial Day sneaks up on us!
And since April brings Earth Day and the return of all things green, here are a few creative ways to celebrate with your family:
April Earth Month Ideas
Build a Mini Greenhouse
Use a clear plastic container or large soda bottle to create a mini greenhouse for seed starting. Let the kids plant herbs or flowers and watch them grow.
Recycled Bird Feeders
Turn empty toilet paper rolls or milk jugs into bird feeders using peanut butter and birdseed. Hang them near a window for nature-watching fun!
Nature Scavenger Hunt
Head outdoors with a list of springtime finds—buds, feathers, smooth stones, insects, and more—for a backyard or park adventure.
DIY Rain Gauge
Cut the top off a plastic bottle, mark it with measurements, and collect rainfall all month. A fun science activity for little ones!
Upcycled Craft Station
Set up a box of recycled materials like cereal boxes, jar lids, and fabric scraps, and let kids create whatever they dream up—no rules, just imagination.
We’re excited for the season ahead and honored to keep building beautiful, functional spaces for families just like yours. Happy Spring from Legacy Built!
