May is here, and so is peak build season! At Legacy Built, our crews are in full swing constructing custom decks, screened-in porches, and outdoor living spaces that will be ready just in time for summer cookouts and backyard relaxation. This is also a prime month for roofing and siding projects—before the extreme heat hits and summer storms start to roll in. If your home took a beating over the winter or you’re just ready for a fresh new look, now’s the time to act.

We’re also seeing a lot of clients requesting exterior trim updates, fascia repairs, and window upgrades this month. With longer daylight hours and more cooperative weather, we’re able to get bigger jobs done efficiently. Our schedule is filling up quickly through July, so if you want your project completed before the back-to-school rush, now is the time to secure your spot.

Backyard Movie Night
Set up a sheet and projector or just bring a TV outside for an evening under the stars. Add popcorn, blankets, and twinkle lights for extra magic.

Use white paper bags, tea lights, and patriotic cutouts to create glowing tributes for your porch or walkway.
